Appointments

MidWestVET accepts new clients by referral from your primary care veterinarian. After you and your veterinarian decide to seek specialty care for your pet at MidWestVET, please call 402-614-9000 for an appointment. Please be prepared to give us your veterinarian's name and phone number because we need to be in constant contact regarding your pet's care. We encourage your veterinarian to contact one of our specialists directly prior to your appointment to discuss your pet's condition and previous treatment.

You will receive a written estimate at the time of your pet's initial examination at MidWestVET. A deposit of 60% of the estimate is required at the time of admission and the remainder of the bill is due at discharge. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Emergencies

If you are in need of emergency services for your pet, please contact your primary care veterinarian first. If they are unavailable, please call the Animal Emergency Center at 402-339-6232.
