Studies have proven that physical therapy, a form of rehabilitation, can assist in improving the wellbeing of animals experiencing medical conditions such as osteoarthritis, degenerative neurologic disease, intervertebral disc disease, fibrocartilaginous embolism, orthopedic surgeries, soft tissue injuries or even obesity related issues. That is why the specialists at MidWestVET develop a customized physical therapy regimen for each pet.
We are equipped with an underwater treadmill (hydrotherapy) to facilitate patient recovery.
